Options Employment believes Jobseekers with a disability have the same rights and responsibilities as other people in the community and should be involved in determining their career, job location and on the job training and support. Jobseekers have the right to receive a fair day’s pay, as have employers the right to expect a fair days work.

We can explain many things to you including Job Preparation, how to finding and secure a job, getting support on the job, Vocational Education and Training, Apprenticeships and Traineeships. You are likely to be eligible for Options assistance if you:
- Are at least 16 years of age
- Are assessed by Centrelink as eligible for a Disability Employment Assistance service
- Have a requirement for ongoing assistance to maintain a job
- Are motivated to work
- Meet the physical requirements of available jobs
