The Good Sammy operation is quite different to other op-shops in that it does not use volunteers, as one of its purposes for existing is to create employment opportunities for people with disabilities. Good Sammy creates employment for more than 200 people with disabilities in the 18 retail stores and in support roles in donation collections and goods processing.
