Options Employment in Cannington is looking for motivated individuals to join our successful team. We have a distinct and professional role on offer which provides an opportunity to make a difference in a challenging yet rewarding environment.
Employment Coordinator (Search)
You will be joining our job search team to advocate and assist people with disabilities to locate and secure employment. Applicants who can demonstrate the following are encouraged to apply:
- A proven ability to achieve targets and meet deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
- A current C class drivers licence
- Strong marketing, negotiation and motivational skills
- A strong commitment to the values held by Options Employment
The position attracts a competitive salary including an opportunity to participate in salary packaging options together with a fully maintained vehicle, a 19 day working month and a generous bonus scheme for high performing individuals.
