Options Employment is a division of Good Samaritan Industries, a highly respected and recognised West Australian not-for-profit organisation that assists people with disabilities to secure and maintain employment in their chosen careers.
Since its inception Options has assisted approximately 5,000 West Australians to find meaningful employment and currently supports over 450 clients.
We are seeking expressions of interest to fill the role of Site Manager who will be responsible for supervising the team and overseeing the day to day operations of our Mirrabooka office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring program compliance
- Providing operational leadership to the team
- Achieving outlet targets
- Supervising and supporting team members to perform in their roles
This role provides a challenging and rewarding opportunity to contribute greatly to the overall success of the Options Employment team. The position attracts a competitive salary package of $85k that includes generous salary packaging options, together with a fully maintained vehicle.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a supervisory/management role within the Disability sector or similar, be comfortable working within a target driven environment and have a proven ability to lead and motivate a team of people.
